Half-board, transports, food, drinks and accomodation are not included.
FULL DAY CLASSIC: 5 hours of skiing
VIP FULL DAY : : 5 hours of skiing, security gear rental included, transport with my car
HALF DAY: 3 hours of skiing. Possible only during the week. Saturday ans Sundays are excluded
Payment – Upon reservation, via the online shop, TWINT or to my bank account.
Cancellation – If a person cannot honor a duly booked reservation they will have to pay 50% of the total amount if it is not canceled at least 15 days before the date of commencement of the service. Any reservation not canceled 14 days in advance is 100% payable.We recommend you take out cancellation insurance (see below).
Changes to Program – Reservations are valid whatever the weather. We reserve the right to modify the program as a function of snow conditions, weather, the level of participants or other factors affecting the safety of the group.
Insurance – We recommend taking out cancellation insurance or subscribing for the TCS’s ETI insurance. Participants must be covered by their own accident insurance including mountain rescue (helicopter in particular). Citizens of the countries of the European Union and EFTA countries should be advised that the European Health Insurance Card will facilitate the formalities in case of illness in Switzerland and vice versa.
Lack of participants – Package prices are based on a minimum number of participants. If this minimum number is not reached, the project may be canceled or reduced after consultation with the participants (shorter length and/or adjustment in price).
Liability – We decline all liability for weather, breakdowns of lifts or other incidents. We may not be held liable in case of accidents during instruction or on an excursion. The jurisdiction in case of dispute is located in Sion and Swiss law prevails, regardless of the nationality of the parties.
Information by the cutomer – The client must follow the instructions of the snow sports or climbing instructor to the letter, failing which the latter has the right to immediately terminate his mandate, and the client will be required to pay the full contractual remuneration.
The client undertakes to spontaneously inform his guide of any risks concerning him (in particular of a medical nature). In the absence of contrary indications, the client guarantees the guide that he has the required qualities (condition, mental and physical health, mountain experience, sure footing, absence of vertigo, equipment, etc.) to complete the race. covered by the contract. If a client does not fulfill his obligation to provide information, in the event of a problem, the guide is entitled to turn back immediately, and the client will be required to pay the full contractual remuneration.
The client accepts the risks inherent in the race, regardless of whether the mandate is diligently carried out by the guide.
Transports and meals – It is customary for the customer to have the meal and transports of the instructor at their expense.
Photos and videos – When photos or videos are taken during the activity, they are transmitted to the client. We keep the right to use these photos for professional purposes (eg website). If the customer does not want to see some photos published, he must inform us at the latest at the time of the reception of these.
COVID – In the event of quarantine or closure of establishments, the courses will be moved to a later date.
As licensed ski instructor with Swiss Federal Certificate, we are authorized to accompany clients in off piste within the following legal scope (Orisque Art. 7) :
- The tour corresponds at a maximum to the following difficulty levels:
- Ski tours: “WS” as defined in Appendix 2 section 3
- Snowshoe tours: “WT3” as defined in Appendix 2 section 4
- Off-piste skiing: “S” as defined in Appendix; so longer that ther is no fall risk
- No glaciers are crossed;
An appropriate overall assessment by the snow sports instructor establishes in each case for the affected area that there is at most a low risk of avalanche according to current knowledge;
Scale of difficulties (French only)
The terrain we will be skiing in can be dangerous (avalanches, streams, rocks, etc) despite the precaustions taken. Wearing a helmet is strongly advised.
